2-2 Dispense Wrong Volume

According to the problem analysis result done by TSA, you can directly begin the subsequent troubleshooting process from the corresponding potential root cause.

2-2-1-1 - Replace the flowmeter (seeSOP here) , and verify flowmeter functionality.

• Result 1 - The flowmeter reading is accurate. 
  Start 2-2-1-2.
  
  
• Result 2 - The flowmeter reading is inaccurate. 
  Escalate to FAE.

• Result 3 - The flowmeter is not replaceable due to harsh/tiny work space.   
  Escalate to manager (machine swap).

2-2-1-2 - Fill tube, and make a drink to verify the dispense wrong volume issue is resolved.

• Result 1 - The drink can be made with the right volume and taste. 
  Issue close.
  Root cause: The flowmeter fails.

• Result 2 - The dispense volume is still wrong. 
  Escalate to FAE.
