STEP 1 - Wipe clean the countertop electrodes and the electrode connectors under the cleaning tool. Then enter the Control page to verify if the cleaning tool can be switched between circulate mode and draining mode.
- Result 1 - The cleaning tool can be switched between circulate & draining.
Issue close. (Root cause: Poor contact due to residual syrup or dirt.) - Result 2 - The cleaning tool cannot be switched between circulate & draining.
Start STEP 2.
STEP 2 - Verify if the voltage on the countertop electrodes is 24V DC.
- Result 1 - The reading not 24V DC.
Start troubleshooting "L2 - R4.6 Cleaning Tool Undetected" "Power" Chapter. - Result 2 - The reading is 24V DC.
Start STEP 3.
STEP 3 - Reboot the machine with nothing on the countertop (Either the cleaning tool or the blender cup). Wait 8 seconds after the Botrista logo is displayed. Then, verify if the cleaning tool can be switched between circulate mode and draining mode.
- Result 1 - The cleaning tool can be switched between circulate & draining.
Issue close. (Root cause: FW communication error) - Result 2 - The cleaning tool cannot be switched between circulate & draining.
Escalate to PSE.
