Fail to seal a cup:
STEP 1 - Follow this guide to check that the current cup holder is installed, the sealing film is installed correctly, and the parameter settings and light sensor sensitivity are all set correctly.
STEP 2 - Test and see if the cup can be sealed properly. If the cup still cannot be sealed properly, even with all the settings correct, escalate to L2 technical support to replace the cup sealer.

There are several error codes, and the supplier's official site has some troubleshooting steps for each error code.
Still, we do not have spare parts for replacement right now, so except for error code E04, the solution would be a replacement. Please follow up on the issue with your escalation point before requesting a replacement.
For error code "E04", please escalate to L2 technical support to readjust the light sensor sensitivity.
