L1 - R4.6 Blender Cup Shaky (During Blending)

Here are the recommended steps to verify the root cause or solution in a customer technical support call. 


STEP 1 - Guide the customer to follow the right order (see picture below) to reassemble the blender cup, make a drink, and verify if the shaky issue has been solved.




  • Result 1 - The blender cup stays steady during blending.
    Issue closed. (Root cause: Assembling the blender cup in wrong way)

  • Result 2 - Still shaky.   
    If there is any missing part, send the spare part to the customer.
    Otherwise, send a new blender cup to the customer. Collect the defective blender cup, ship it back to Taiwan for further analysis.
