L1 - R4.6 Dispense Warning

Here are the recommended steps to verify the root cause or solution in a customer technical support call.  

Dispensing Non-Stop:

STEP 1 - Follow the steps to complete a hot water flush process:

• Get a container of hot water.
• Turn the BiB connector of the affected tube to "OFF", and remove it from the BiB.
• Submerge the removed BiB connector in the hot water.
• Put the blender cup on the blender to catch the purged hot water.
• On the ingredients page, select the affected tube and run "fill tube" to purge the hot water.
• Continue running "fill tube" until the flowmeter count begins increasing.
• Remove the BiB connector from the hot water container and empty the tube.
• Install the BiB connector back to the BiB, turn it to "ON", and refill the tube with the ingredient.

STEP 2 - Verify functionality by performing a dispense test and making a drink with the ingredient using the flushed line. If the issue persists, escalate to L2 technical support for flowmeter replacement.

Dispensing Little/No Ingredient:

STEP 1 - Verify the BiB connectors are turned "ON".

• If any BiB connector is in the "OFF" position, turn it to "ON", fill tube, and make a test drink to check if the issue is solved.
• If any BiB connector is defective, replace it and make a test drink to check if the issue is solved.

STEP 2 - Verify the BiB is not empty and not folded.

• If the BiB is empty, replace the BiB and make a test drink to check if the issue is solved. 
• If the BiB is folded, push the remaining ingredients in the BiB toward the spout, and make a test drink to check if the issue is solved. 

If the issue persists even though the BiB & the BiB connector are fine, escalate to L2 technical support to troubleshoot the little/no dispensing issue. (most common root cause: pump failure)
