The power switch LED is not lit:
STEP 1 - If the customer outlet is not working, have the customer check the breaker for the outlet (The GFCI switch may trip) and reset the breaker or switch if it tripped.
STEP 2 - If the customer outlet is working but the machine is still off, escalate to L2 technical support to replace the fuse and troubleshoot the reason for the blown fuse.
The power switch LED is lit:
STEP 1 - Have the customer check if the BotristaPro power switch is in the "ON" position. Turn it on if it's in the "OFF" position.
STEP 2 - If the switch is in the "ON" position but the machine is still off, escalate to L2 technical support to troubleshoot the root cause.
