  • Result 1 - The temperature drops to 1 - 4°C.
Issue close. (Root cause: Wrong parameter setting)

  • Result 2 - Temperature is still not dropping.
    Start 5-1-2-1

2. Airflow Cycling

5-1-2-1 - Verify if the compressor is cycling.

  • Result 1 - It's cycling.
    Start 5-1-2-2.

  • Result 2 - It's not cycling.
Escalate to TSA for machine swap.

5-1-2-2 - Verify if the fridge storage is warmer than the ambient temperature.

  • Result 1 - Warmer than the ambient temperature.
    Start 5-1-3-1
(ONLY licensed technicians can start 5-1-3-1, escalate to FAE if you’re not licensed.)

  • Result 2 - Cooler but the temperature is not in between 1 - 4°C.
    Start 5-1-3-3.

5-1-2-3 - Verify if the condenser inlet is covered by dust.

  • Result 1 - Covered by the dust.

  • Result 1 - The fridge temperature drops to 4°C in one hour.
Issue closed. (Root cause: Fan failure)

  • Result 2 - Still warm (not cool enough).
    Start 5-1-3-1.
(ONLY licensed technicians can start 5-1-3-1, escalate to FAE if you’re not licensed.)
