5-2 - R4.5 Fridge Power Off

5-2-1-1 - Plug the fridge plug into a customer 120V AC power socket and check if the fridge can be turned on.

• Result 1 - The fridge is on.
  Start 5-2-1-2.
  
  
• Result 2 - The fridge is off.   
  Start 5-2-2-1.

5-2-1-2 - Check the wire connections from the BotristaPro fridge socket to the main power switch and reconnect any wires that are not well connected, then check if the fridge can be turned on. 

• Result 1 - The fridge is on.
  Issue close. (Root cause: Wire disconnected.)
• Result 2 - The fridge is off.   
  Start 5-2-1-3.

5-2-1-3 - Replace the fridge power cable (if you do not have any stock in your hand, send the request to the Remanufacturing Team for the part), and check if the fridge can be turned on.

• Result 1 - The fridge is on.
  Issue close. (Root cause: Power wire damaged.)
• Result 2 - The fridge is off.   
  Start 5-2-2-1.

5-2-2-1 - Use the multimeter to measure the resistance for the fuse, capacitor & power relay to verify the functionality.

• Result 1 - The fuse measurement result is "OL".
  Start 5-2-2-2.
  
  
• Result 2 - The capacitor measuring result is "OL".    
  Start 5-2-2-3.
  
  

• Result 3 - The power relay measuring result is "OL". 
  Start 5-2-2-4.

• Result 4 - The measuring result of every component is not "OL". 
  Escalate to FAE. 

5-2-2-2 - Replace the fuse, then verify the fridge functionality.

• Result 1 - The fridge is on.
  Issue close. (Root cause: Fridge fuse malfunction.) 
  
  
• Result 2 - The fridge is off.   
  Restart 5-2-2-1.

5-2-2-3 - Replace the capacitor, then verify the fridge functionality.

• Result 1 - The fridge is on.
  Issue close. (Root cause: Fridge capacitor malfunction.) 
  
  
• Result 2 - The fridge is off.   
  Restart 5-2-2-1.

5-2-2-4 - Replace the power relay, then verify the fridge functionality.

• Result 1 - The fridge is on.
  Issue close. (Root cause: Fridge capacitor malfunction.) 
  
  
• Result 2 - The fridge is off.   
  Restart 5-2-2-1.
